LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

ERGONOMIC PRODUCTS

All FILCO/USA, INC. products sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials and will perform their intended function under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Any product that is determined by FILCO/USA, INC. to be defective in material or workmanship after inspection by a FILCO/USA, INC. technician, shipping prepaid, will be repaired or replaced with a new part or product at the option of FILCO/USA, INC.

FILCO/USA, INC. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, for associated damages, labor costs, shipping and handling, or any other condition occurring as a result of improper installation, repair, unauthorized alteration, or misapplication of the product.

FILCO "ERGO-SMART" CHAIRS

All "ERGO- SMART" chairs sold to the original purchaser are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials and will perform their intended function under normal conditions for a period of (14) fourteen years from the date of purchase with the exception of the pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder has a Lifetime Warranty. This "ERGO- SMART" Chair Warranty includes parts only. Any product that is determined by FILCO/USA INC. to be defective in material or workmanship after inspection by FILCO/USA, INC., shipping prepaid, will be repaired or replaced with a new part or products at the option of FILCO/USA, INC.

 

RETURN POLICY

Purchaser MUST obtain a "Return Authorization" number prior to returning any product. Products will not be accepted without an "RA" number. This can be accomplished by calling or emailing a request for an ’"RA" number to FILCO/USA, INC.

All "RA" numbers require the following information: product number, brief description of the problem, and proof of purchase.
